At Trendporium, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help!
Returns & Refunds
- Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition to qualify for a return.
- Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we’ll provide a replacement or refund.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items such as personalized products, perishable goods, and final sale items are not eligible for return.
Return Process
- Submit a Request: Contact our support team at mauricehilljr2025@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Receive Instructions: We’ll provide return instructions, including the return address (varies by product and supplier).
- Ship the Item: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, we recommend returning your order for a refund and placing a new order.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Once an order is processed, it cannot be modified or canceled.
